Mirror Ball 1995

Big news for Neil Young and Pearl Jam fans: Mirror Ball, the legendary album born from Youngs collaboration with the Seattle band, is coming back on May 22, 2026 with a fresh vinyl reissue through Reprise Records. Pre-orders have already started popping up at select retailers.

Originally released on June 27, 1995, Mirror Ball was one of the coolest rock team-ups of the 90s. Neil Young linked up with Pearl Jam right as the band was blowing up. Because of label issues, Pearl Jams name didnt appear on the cover, but their fingerprints were all over the record.

Jeff Ament, Stone Gossard, Mike McCready, Jack Irons, and Eddie Vedder all took part in the sessions, helping create a raw, loud, and straight-up electric album.
