The 2016 release from Roy Montgomery – H: Bender – is the third platter in his four album collection R M H Q.

Theres certainly nothing casual about R M H Q, whose title stands for Roy Montgomerys Headquarters. He has exploded his own creative floodgates to produce nearly three hours of music, available as four LPs, each released individually.

Each disc has its own title, lasts about 44 minutes, and works well as a stand-alone album.
